Data SRAM DataStorage

The DataStorage module is responsible for reading and writing the CoupledL2 Data SRAM and is built using single-port SRAM. Requests will only interact with DataStorage at the MainPipe s3 pipeline stage. DataStorage can only handle one read request or one write request per cycle.
